The newest edition to the I-Desk range is this super low power version. It runs at around 50% of the power consumpition of the usual I-Desk range which bring it inline with other ECO solutions.
The motherboard is an Asus AT5NM10-I which has a 1.66Ghz Dual Core Atom processor and comes with 2Gb Kingston ram as standard, but is upgradeable to 4Gb.
The hard disk has been replaced with a 30GB Kingston Solid State Disk (SDD). This is not only lower power, it has no moving parts and creates very little overhead on the performance. this is a truely silent solution and very fast.
The standard I-Desk power supply has been replaced with a 100w open frame unit to take away the need for a fan.
